Kirsty Lang supports families with neurodivergent and complex health conditions, in person at The Malmesbury Clinic near Bristol and Bath, UK, or online.

Compassionate care for complex lives

My clinic and personal experience has taught me that the best way to support a child with complex health needs, is to support their parents/carers and whole family.

My mission is to not only help children and teens to be healthier and happier, but to also help their parents and carers to avoid or recover from burnout, and create a more resilient and calmer family life.

I support families with a range of challenges including:

  • Autism and ADHD (diagnosed or suspected) eating, health and wellbeing related issues like burnout recovery

  • Parental burnout avoidance or recovery

  • Sensory processing issues

  • Emotional regulation and behavioural challenges

  • Anxiety, including school-related anxiety and EBSA

  • Gut health and digestive disorders

  • Hormonal issues

  • Skin conditions such as eczema

  • Picky eating and food aversions

  • Immune system issues, post-viral fatigue

  • Family-wide lifestyle and habit changes

  • Support for navigating referrals and therapeutic options to medical and other health professionals (e.g. psychologists)
