I help parents and carers of toddlers, teens and young people — especially those challenged with autism/ADHD — who are experiencing health issues and behaviours affecting their daily quality of life. I help you understand the what, why and how nutrition can transform lives, so you can confidently grow and enjoy a healthier and happier family.
After all, ‘What we do every day, matters more than what we do once in a while’.
– Gretchen Rubin, The Happiness Project
Targeted nutritional therapy for parent-child health
I recognise the interconnected nature of parent-child health and regularly support entire families with personalised, realistic and evidence-informed recommendations that busy households can implement.
My mission is to not only help children and teens to be healthier and happier, but to also help their parents and carers to avoid or recover from burnout, and create a more resilient and calmer family life.
I support families with a range of challenges including:
ADHD, autism, anxiety, and other behavioural challenges.
Guidance for picky eating, sensory food preferences and mealtime stress.
Gut-brain health to optimise cognitive function (speech, learning), mood, immunity, and gut related issues.
Nutritional strategies to support energy, stress physiology, and hormonal balance.
Support for parents and carers focusing on family resilience and burnout recovery.
Practical, family-friendly implementation tailored to real-life routines.
With a background in corporate Human Resources and over 10 years of clinic experience, alongside additional training and professional development in Naturopathy, Bio-individual Nutrition for Autism/ADHD, Children and Young People Mental Health and Massage Therapy, you benefit from my extensive skills and knowledge in supporting a diverse range of people. For a full CV, visit my LinkedIn.
I am also one of many late-diagnosed ADHD women, raising neurodivergent teens. My special interest is sharing how the right nutrition and daily wellbeing practices can enable your family to shift from surviving, to thriving in your own uniqueness!
