I help parents and carers of toddlers, teens and young people — especially those challenged with autism/ADHD — who are experiencing health issues and behaviours affecting their daily quality of life. I help you understand the what, why and how nutrition can transform lives, so you can confidently grow and enjoy a healthier and happier family.

After all, ‘What we do every day, matters more than what we do once in a while’.

Kirsty Lang, Registered nutritional therapist and naturopath. Offering therapeutic health support for families with complex needs

Targeted nutritional therapy for parent-child health

I recognise the interconnected nature of parent-child health and regularly support entire families with personalised, realistic and evidence-informed recommendations that busy households can implement.

My mission is to not only help children and teens to be healthier and happier, but to also help their parents and carers to avoid or recover from burnout, and create a more resilient and calmer family life.

I support families with a range of challenges including:

  • ADHD, autism, anxiety, and other behavioural challenges.

  • Guidance for picky eating, sensory food preferences and mealtime stress.

  • Gut-brain health to optimise cognitive function (speech, learning), mood, immunity, and gut related issues.

  • Nutritional strategies to support energy, stress physiology, and hormonal balance.

  • Support for parents and carers focusing on family resilience and burnout recovery.

  • Practical, family-friendly implementation tailored to real-life routines.

With a background in corporate Human Resources and over 10 years of clinic experience, alongside additional training and professional development in Naturopathy, Bio-individual Nutrition for Autism/ADHD, Children and Young People Mental Health and Massage Therapy, you benefit from my extensive skills and knowledge in supporting a diverse range of people. For a full CV, visit my LinkedIn.

I am also one of many late-diagnosed ADHD women, raising neurodivergent teens. My special interest is sharing how the right nutrition and daily wellbeing practices can enable your family to shift from surviving, to thriving in your own uniqueness!

Testimonials

  • From crisis point to hopeful

When our autistic, non-verbal son reached a crisis point at 19 — becoming agitated, aggressive, self-injurious and unable to cope — family life became incredibly stressful and isolating. Working with Kirsty gave us a completely different perspective. Through functional testing, underlying issues were identified and a highly individualised nutrition and supplement programme was created.

Within 6 weeks the changes were remarkable. He became calmer, stopped self-harming, slept better and his college transition was a success — staff who had braced for challenging behaviour described him as 'an angel'. Kirsty's approach helped us understand that behaviour can be deeply connected to physical health. The support has been life-changing for our whole family.

  • Clearer skin, better sleep, and a sparky girl

I came to Kirsty hoping diet might help my 8-year-old daughter's worsening eczema, sleep struggles and ADHD. After testing and a tailored diet and supplement plan, the difference has been remarkable. Her eczema has cleared without any creams, and bedtimes — once a battle even when she was exhausted — now take around 15 minutes.

But it's gone beyond that. Her teacher pulled me aside to say she'd been "really sparky" in class, and my mum commented she seems "more grounded." The gut-brain link is real — I can see it in my own daughter.

  • Calmer, happier, and exploring the world

After nearly two years working with Kirsty, the improvement in my autistic, nonverbal son has been remarkable. Her recommendations were fully explained, and the personalised diet and supplement plan was easy to follow. He's calmer, eating well, in better mood, less aggressive, and has started exploring beyond his own world. We can't recommend Kirsty highly enough.

  • Huge progress in speech and sleep

I would like to say thank you for everything you have done for my son since we started working with you, he has made huge progress! It was my dream that my son could ask me what he wants and now he can. He also sleeps very well now when he couldn't before. He has started to be more independent with toileting and many other things. A year ago this was all a dream but now it is real! Thank you so much, may God bless your family.
